Buy-Followers is operated by Koodo Technology LLC FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All services are provided by this entity. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buy-Followers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We recommend reviewing this page regularly as terms may be updated.

3. Service Description

Buy-Followers provides social media engagement services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and shares for various social media platforms. We act as an independent service provider and are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, or any other social media platform.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to attempt to manipulate, abuse, or exploit our systems or refill policy
• You understand that social media engagement metrics may fluctuate over time
• You are responsible for ensuring your account remains public and accessible during service delivery

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal activity or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform or systems
• Create fake accounts or use automated bots to abuse our services
• Resell our services without prior written authorization from us
• Use our services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems
• Submit fraudulent or abusive refill requests
• Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team

6. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments must be made in full before services are rendered
• We accept cryptocurrency and other payment methods listed on our site
• Prices and service rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Existing orders are charged at the rate applicable at the time of purchase
• You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by payment processors

7. Refill Policy

All orders include a 30-day refill guarantee. If engagement drops naturally within 30 days of delivery, we refill at no charge. Refills are subject to a minimum 5% drop threshold to prevent abuse of the system.

Platform bans, account suspensions, privacy changes, and username changes are not covered by our refill guarantee. See our full Refill Policy for complete details.

Due to the digital nature of our services, monetary refunds are not provided on completed orders.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior
• Chargeback or payment dispute filed without first contacting our support team
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate our systems or refill policy
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 months with zero balance

Upon termination for cause, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. If you believe your account was terminated in error, contact support for review.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee permanent retention of engagement metrics. Social media platform algorithms, policy changes, and audit cycles may affect the visibility and retention of delivered engagement.

Platform Account Actions: Buy-Followers is not responsible for account restrictions, shadowbans, suspensions, content removal, or permanent bans incurred through the use of our services. These actions are solely between the user and the respective social media platform.

Customers who purchase SMM services acknowledge they are operating in a regulatory grey area of platform terms of service. We do not misrepresent this fact.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Buy-Followers or Koodo Technology LLC FZ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: social media platform API outages or policy changes, internet service disruptions, server hardware failures, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, third-party provider failures, and acts of terrorism or war.

12. Service Modification & Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, price-adjust, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of our services. Existing orders in progress at the time of discontinuation will be fulfilled to the best of our ability.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact our support team at support@buy-followers.org to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of initial contact, either party may pursue formal resolution through the courts of Dubai, UAE as outlined in Section 13.

15. DMCA / Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@buy-followers.org with the following information:

• Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our site
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

16. Denial of Service & Appeal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If your order or account is denied, you will be notified via email with the reason for denial where possible. You may appeal a denial by contacting support@buy-followers.org within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Decisions on appeal are final.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buy-Followers, Koodo Technology LLC FZ, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right, or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

18. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on the Buy-Followers website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Buy-Followers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our content without express written consent.

19. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Buy-Followers. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You may also opt in to receive promotional emails about new services, features, and offers. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any marketing email or by adjusting your notification preferences in your account dashboard. Transactional emails related to your orders cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
